I decided to do the course to help me in my understanding of assessments; their structure, standards and required evidence for Apprenticeship learners. I needed this qualification as I had previously completed the PTTLS course but needed the extra assessor’s element to allow me as a first aid instructor to assess and certify students. I am also working to become my own centre for the awarding body, so this... qualification really hit the spot.The online learning that Matt provided was fantastic, and it allowed me to learn at my own pace, with lots of extra support available both in the classroom and afterwards via online chat or email.
